Are there any in-depth demos of the Element grouping features? I was only able to find a short video with no audio on Youtube.

Campaign creation and usage for elements group is documented there: Element group - Callico
It basically support:
- creating a range of tasks for multiple users on images spanning multiple pages
- users can create groups (such as paragraphs) and set any number of child element (such as text lines)
We built this mode to annotate newspapers, grouping lines into articles.
